How to Avail Ayushman Benefits:
- Visit the Farhan Hospital Ayushman Helpdesk on the Ground Floor.
- Present your Golden Card / PM Letter and Patient's Aadhaar Card.
- Our Ayushman Mitra will verify your eligibility online and generate pre-authorization.
- Patient gets admitted, treated, and discharged without cash payment.
Documents to Bring for Admission:
- Patient's Original Aadhaar Card
- Ayushman Bharat Card / PM Letter / Ration Card
- All previous medical reports and prescriptions
- Aadhaar-linked mobile phone for OTP verification
1. OPD Consultation Process
Register at the main reception desk to receive your OPD slip. Consult the doctor in the designated chamber. Pharmacy and diagnostic labs are adjacent to OPD.
2. Inpatient Admission Process
If the doctor recommends admission, our admission coordinator will help you choose general, semi-private, or private deluxe rooms, explaining billing estimates clearly.
3. Discharge & Billing
Discharge summaries, prescribed home medicines, and itemized billing receipts are provided within 2-3 hours on the day of discharge.
4. Attendant & Visiting Hours
Visiting hours: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 05:00 PM - 07:00 PM. One dedicated attendant pass is issued per inpatient bed to maintain hygiene and rest.
